One System to Dispatch, Route and Manage Your Fleet

Most fleet operators know the routine: one screen for dispatch, another for driver records, a spreadsheet for compliance and a separate tool for scheduling tomorrow's trips. Every extra system costs money, takes training and creates another place for information to fall out of sync.

Curb's dispatch and fleet software brings that work into one connected platform. It's built on three products that work together: Way2Cloud for dispatch, eFleet for fleet administration and Curb Optima for routing.

Way2Cloud: dispatch that runs in the cloud

Way2Cloud is Curb's cloud-based dispatch system for taxi, corporate, NEMT and paratransit fleets. It has run in regulated markets since 2015, and Curb's dispatch network now covers more than 100 cities, 100,000 drivers and 500 million dispatched trips.

Dispatchers work from a live, map-based view of the fleet. They can manage on-demand and pre-booked trips side by side, set custom dispatch rules, and assign ambulatory and wheelchair-accessible trips to the right vehicles. Brokered rides from public and private agencies flow straight into dispatch, so nobody has to re-key them. Because it's cloud-based, there's no on-site server to maintain.

For NEMT and paratransit work, Way2Cloud handles HIPAA-compliant rider data and keeps medical details off driver terminals. Washington, DC's Transco uses it to complete more than 30,000 trips a month, including NEMT trips for public and private programs.

eFleet: fleet administration in one portal

eFleet is Curb's central web portal for fleet data, administration, compliance documents and day-to-day operations. Owners and managers can see the state of the fleet in one place instead of piecing it together from paperwork and separate logins.

Curb Optima: AI routing that keeps cars earning

Curb Optima is Curb's AI-powered route optimization engine, built in partnership with Autofleet and integrated directly with Way2Cloud. It weighs live traffic, driver shifts, rider needs and service-level requirements to plan routes, then keeps re-optimizing pre-booked schedules as cancellations and ETAs change.

The result is fewer deadhead miles, better on-time performance and more completed trips per shift. Optima also manages vehicle and driver compliance and passenger eligibility, which matters for agency and NEMT contracts.

What it means for your fleet

  1. Fewer systems to pay for: dispatch, administration and routing in one platform
  2. More trips from the same vehicles: smarter routing and less empty driving
  3. Easier compliance: HIPAA-compliant data handling, records in one portal and automated eligibility checks
  4. Room to grow: multi-fleet scoping and role-based access as your operation expands
