Trips consist of on-demand and pre-scheduled rides where passengers can facilitate transportation by contacting the program dedicated Curb call center or by booking a WAV taxi directly in the Curb  Passenger App. Curb maintains communication with the BACP, MOPD, and other organizations throughout the city of Chicago to continue the effort of providing transportation to the disabled community.
