5.4M Trips

Curb completed over 5.4 million paratransit rides in New York City — up to 10,000 trips per day — under both ADA and ADA-complementary service modes. Curb pioneered the use of taxis for paratransit in New York, and launched the first demand-responsive, app-based booking option available to paratransit customers in the city.

Washington Metropolitan Area Transit Authority (WMATA)

Curb is contracted by WMATA to operate Abilities Ride, providing active MetroAccess customers in the Washington, D.C. metro area with on-demand access to taxis and wheelchair-accessible vehicles in place of traditional shared-ride vans. WMATA sends Curb a daily electronic manifest; Curb dispatches trips the following day, handles 24/7 call center support for updates and cancellations, and invoices WMATA directly for all completed rides.
