Job Description

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to drive the execution of world-class integrated marketing plans and campaigns and deliver brand impact and growth for Curb. You will report to the Marketing Lead and work with cross-functional partners to create the future of the brand for drivers and riders. As a Digital Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for enabling communications, incentives, and paid marketing activities, to deliver reliably great experiences and excellent value for Curb users, drivers, and businesses. You will have the ability to define the strategy and plans to grow our brand through digital channels and partner with cross-functional teams and agencies to execute them with excellence.

You must be a highly motivated, entrepreneurial, and creative out-of-the-box thinker. You must be detail-oriented and organized but also excited to roll up your sleeves and get your hands dirty. You must be a data-driven decision-maker, someone who can drive marketing decisions based on analytics. Most importantly, you will work closely with business and product leadership to share our vision and tell our story to the industry. Responsibilities

  • As the Digital Marketing Manager you will be the center of knowledge for Curb’s CMS and web analytics tools
  • Own all acquisitions and remarketing through digital channels, including affiliates, SEM, and SEO
  • Develop and execute multi-channel marketing strategies for rider, driver, and business products
  • Uncover new areas of opportunity and leverage findings to scale our communication channels and platform
  • Responsible for web projects from beginning to completion – intake site requests, making sure changes, assets, directions, and best practices are implemented. Communicate across stakeholders to set timelines and expectations and keep them informed
  • Manage budgets and platform mix to achieve volume and efficiency goals
  • Drive growth through new targeting and bidding improvements, leveraging data to find new profitable segments, and testing into new platforms, and channels
  • Develop metrics to help the business understand the unit economics of different digital spend options and manage budgets to maximize profit
  • Collaborate with our data, product, and engineering teams to ensure quality, accessibility, and consistency of digital marketing data for analytics, attribution, and reporting
  • Track revenue from given initiatives and ensure proper attribution
  • Route all marketing materials and triage and resolve any issues
  • Lend a strong voice to the future growth of the company

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of professional work experience in a marketing role at an agency or in-house
  • Excellent project management and interpersonal skills with the ability to balance rigorous attention to detail with swift execution
  • Proactive, resourceful, intellectually curious, unflappable. We are looking for an entrepreneurial spirit with an excitement for learning, improving, and able to thrive in a cross-functional role with constant changes
  • Analytical thinker with experience in data-driven marketing
  • You know your markets, customers, and competition, and you're strong at bringing this information into your marketing strategies.
  • You’re diligent when it comes to formatting, organizing down to the smallest detail, and meeting your deadlines
  • You’re proactive, value accountability, and take pride in running your projects
  • Experience in creating and optimizing landing pages for complex products/services, incorporating A/B & multivariate testing
  • Experience with marketing tools (Analytics Tools, Email Marketing Tools, SEO Tools, Social Listening Tools, SMS Marketing Tools, Website Builder, In-app Comm Tools, etc)
